Happy Friday!

We’re back with our usual weekly roundup of news and culture after a much-needed Easter break. With the clocks changing on Sunday, it feels like spring has finally arrived in the UK - bringing with it the usual associations of renewal and regrowth.

But we’ve been finding that this year, our own motivation levels aren’t exactly aligning with these external narratives - a bit like when you can’t quite lean into the “new year, new me” clichés come January 1st.

We turned to Calypso - a self-discovery coach who has offered fantastic advice to our community plenty of times before - to help figure out what might be going on. In response, she shared with us her top tips for motivating yourself even when you really don’t feel like it - and we hope you find them as useful as we did.

Love,

The team at The Know x
