Happy Friday, all!
The working world is an entirely different place to how it looked 40, 30 or even 20 years ago. Back in the day, it was normal for someone to stick in the same industry - or even role - for their entire working lives. Nowadays, more and more of us are switching careers or juggling several at the same time.
While this definitely has its positives, having a lack of uniformity in your career path can also feel a bit daunting when it comes to talking about yourself and your experience in a job interview. This is something I come across a lot in my work as a self-discovery coach - and that’s why, if you scroll down, you’ll find my guide to telling your own story in interviews and beyond.
In this week’s edition, you’ll also see our usual roundup of the week’s biggest headlines, culture recs from the team, our Friday quiz and more 🤗
Big love,
