Big news for chocolate fans: more sustainable bars could be on the horizon. Traditionally, producers have used only the seeds from the cocoa fruit to make the sweet treat — but now, Swiss scientists have come up with a way to use the entire cocoa fruit, which cuts down on waste and means that less sugar is needed.
