💪 Are cycle-syncing workouts the future?
Friday 12 May ∙ Read in 5m 24s ∙ Listening to Lorde
Dear readers,
Here at The Know, we’re definitely not gym rats - but the warmer and longer days have got us spending more time outdoors and boosted our motivation to get moving.
When we were discussing our exercise habits (or lack thereof…) on a team call recently, we ended up lamenting the fact that working out seems to come far easier on some days than others. After looking into it, we were fascinated to find that our hormones might have something to do with it!
That’s why, when you scroll down, you’ll find our guide to cycle-syncing your workouts - plus the usual roundup of the week’s biggest headlines, recs and more.
Have a good one!
