A new AI-powered blood test could help speed up womb cancer diagnoses while sparing thousands of women from invasive examinations. In a study involving more than 16,000 women, the test was 99% accurate at identifying or ruling out gynaecological cancers. If introduced more widely, it could mean quicker answers for those who need treatment, and fewer unnecessary procedures for those who don’t. Win-win!
