Hope you’ve all had wonderful weeks ❤️
Mine began with a long weekend in Morocco, as I’m using up some of my annual leave. Whenever I step out of my day-to-day routine, it becomes so easy to identify the moments that bring me joy. Like, savouring my morning coffee rather than gulping it down for energy, and taking in the world around me rather than looking down at my phone.
It feels hard to remember these things when life gets hectic, so I’ve started jotting them down in my notes app as a reminder. If you’re feeling inspired to do the same, this is a great read on figuring out what makes you happy.
