The Know Daily - Friday 20 September 2024

Read in 5m 43s ∙ Listening to Chappell Roan

Happy Friday!

I don’t know about you, but September has felt pretty hectic so far. Work projects are picking up after the summer months, everyone’s making plans now there are fewer holidays on the horizon + I’m personally trying to navigate London’s crazy renting situ 🙃

All this means that right now, I’m trying desperately to cling onto the relaxed state of mind and positive resolutions I made while on my summer holidays, even as my to-do list piles up. Like, how do you find time to read everyday and do yoga and make packed lunches every morning?!

Given my frazzled current state, it was great to catch up with the wonderful Elizabeth Uviebinené this week, who shared her top tips on finding your inner voice in today’s hectic world. I hope you find them as useful as I did!

Have a great weekend,
