🗳️ The government is stepping up efforts to tackle violence against women and girls after 88% of Brits said they’re concerned about the issue. They’ve pledged over £1bn for victim support, education on healthy relationships in schools and stronger policing.
🏡 UK ministers have named seven areas in England where “new towns” could be built as part of the government’s pledge to build 1.5 million new houses before 2030.
