🌻 A guide to finding your flow

Friday Edition ∙ Read in 5m 56s ∙ Listening to Shania Twain
Dear readers,
Today’s edition contains the usual roundup of the week’s biggest headlines, plus recommendations for things to watch, read and listen to over the coming days. And, if you scroll down to our “weekend treats” section, you’ll also discover our guide to finding your flow.
Finding your flow - or the experience of becoming lost in whatever it is that you’re doing - is a topic which I’m really passionate about. For me, I’m in my flow when I’m cooking or painting - time literally feels as though it’s slowed down, and nothing else seems to matter. We could all do with experiencing these moments of pure mindfulness, so I hope you find our guide useful if you need a hand finding your flow.
Love,
Lily x
